About the Team

The University of Minnesota Cheerleaders cheer at all home and away football games, and all home basketball games.

Comprised of both Coed and All Girl styles, Minnesota utilizes athletes of both styles to compete at the UCA National Championships in the Small Coed Traditional and Game Day divisions. The Golden Gophers are the reigning 2025 Small Coed Division IA Game Day National Champions, and runner-ups in Small Coed Division IA Traditional.
